After a year of exceptional growth, we are looking for a fantastic number cruncher to join our Finance team to help drive our agenda to add real value to the business while keeping everyone in check!

Some of what the job involves:

• Business partner senior stakeholders to drive commercially sound decision making
• Support the Finance Business Partner on scenario modelling strategic investments and key projects across Tech, Product, Retail & Operations
• Ownership of the New Shack investment appraisal model used to assess the commercial viability of all Retail investments
• Carry out ad hoc analysis to deliver meaningful financial insights on business performance
• Design and maintain reporting in Power BI to monitor KPIs across the P&L and CAPEX
• Track project spend vs plan and provide relevant commentary
• Support the Finance Business partner to deliver the annual 5-year plan refresh

To set you up for success, we're looking for the following:

Essential:

• Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Relevant demonstrable experience from within a similar role
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management
• A keen problem solver with a desire to seek continual improvements
• Proactive, natural curiosity to investigate and understand the so what
• Strong ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and passion for the Loaf brand
• An adaptable individual who is a collaborative team player but is also capable of working autonomously

It would be great if you had:

• Previous experience in the Retail Industry
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Power BI
