Head of Product Proposition - Core Furniture

It's exciting times at Loaf as we continually grow and evolve the brand. From expanding our product range and aesthetic, opening more stores, and continuing investment in Above the Line marketing, we're an ambitious business.

As the Product Proposition Manager for our core furniture offer (sofas, beds, dining) you'll be responsible for driving the proposition of over 70% of Loaf's business - building the range plan and category strategy and managing execution from creative planning to commercial reality. Together with the Chief Product Officer, you will create and improve a product offer that meets our strategic objectives, has comfort at its heart and makes customers go "cor!". Of course, this range will also vitally be positioned around the right commercial framework to maintain our value position and maximise both Intake and Gross margin.

As with everything we do, all products will be developed with sustainability in mind, ensuring they are responsibly sourced balancing Loaf's objectives with the goal of respecting the environment. You'll be leading and building a great (albeit small) team, working closely with Demand Planning and Product Integrity teams, Brand & Marketing teams as well as our partners who produce and make Loaf products.
