MISSION VIEJO U-15 GIRLS TEAM WIN 2ND ANNUAL SAN DIEGO YOUTH LACROSSE FESTIVAL
The Mission Viejo U-15 Girls team won their division in the 2nd Annual San Diego Youth Lacrosse Festival.
IRVINE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT GOES CIF
The Board of Directors for the Irvine Unified School District has just approved lacrosse as a sanctioned CIF sport beginning with the Spring, 2008 season.
CAPISTRANO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (CUSD) APPROVES CIF LACROSSE
May 15, 2007 - CUSD School Board approved varsity status starting next year for Tesoro and Capo Valley, boys and girls lacrosse. The school district will provide some funding for coaching stipends and the booster clubs will make up the difference.
2006 STATE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
El Toro Varsity keeps the cup in Orange County by beating Oak Park, 7-1. El Toro advanced to the finals with a 15-2 victory over Rancho Cotati. Goalie Ronnie Fernando was the MVP of the Championship game. On the JV side, the Chico Rebels beat the Los Alamitos Griffins 8-2 to take home the 1st ever High School Boys Club Lacrosse JV trophy.
